Lucky for you we have a lifetime upgrade policy on all loose diamonds and diamond jewelry. You can absolutely upgrade it in Mazatlan, or in any of our stores throughout the Caribbean. Having your original paperwork will be very helpful, but if you don&#039;t have it, we still maybe able to locate your information through our database.</description>

I bought it in one of the Carribean islands several of years ago, but now spend my winters in Mazatlan Mexico. Can I get it upgraded to a different cut and ring in Mazatlan? Will I just need my certificate or will I need anything else?  Thanks!</description>
